I've been experiencing headache (migraine) eversince I got married, maybe because I worry a lot, I think about anything, I'm so paranoid and very argumentative over simple things. I can't sleep either because of thinking a lot of things, like telephone bills, electric bills and so on and so forth. I'm a working mother, I have 1 year old son. I totally freak out at night everytime my son cries. I think my head will explode. Im not a medicine person, I dont like taking painkillers or any medicine. I also have this problem with my officemate we're not talking because shes always giving me a headache. I really need help to lessen my burden. PLEASE!

Welcome to the fast train....if you don't slow down you can get a melt down and maybe crash, i know I've been there. Don not panic it is all in the organization, bills will always be there, from day one, even if you win the $100,000,000.00. Don not worry for them, they will be taken care of when you get the money not a day sooner. You are a mother and a wife and two people depend of you and of course your self. Take at least 10 minutes of the day just for your self for something you really enjoy, if you know how to meditate do it if not just research it and learn it, you will need it. I my self was a sleep deprive, and it is not a pretty picture when you can't sleep, there comes the mood swings, the bad temper, the headache and well depression. not a pretty sight. please if you cant handle it seek professional help, i did and it was worth it, tell your husband what you are going trough don't be scare to get help. Aromatherapy is good for the headache, and reflexology too, if you need help please email me i can suggest a couple of thing or look into my web site it might be helpful. Life is not easy but i think maybe your putting to much pressure on your self! You need to learn to make time for yourself! Your a young mom and you worried about your child! But of your ill all the time what type of life is that for you child? Have you tried to find out why you keep getting these head aches? It could be that have done some thing to your muscles or neck! Its worth having it looked at as it could be whats causing you so much pain and grief! Go see a chiropractor and get to the bottom of the problem! You might find everything starts to fall into place once your head aches are sorted! Take Care

First of all see a doctor and now! Sounds like you need along vacation from your headache! Take a painkiller give yourself a break. You can't go on like this don't be crazy. You are going to have to just say Lord I can Not handle this anymore I know your going to take care of my baby, bills, co-worker, etc. Let it go give it to the Lord and don't take it back. I have those horrible headaches too. I use to worry and fret until one day I did just what I told you to do. You know it worked my sons are 28, 29

It looks like U dont have any mental relaxation.You have become a workaholic.So U feel depressed and wornout and excited.U need to cultivate some mental relaxation techniques.Everyone has to face the same problem in their worse.U feel self pity.This is dangerous.Bhagavath gita has a good solution to this.If U want to learn more contact kapilakrushnagroup@yahoogroups.com

Let me ask you this question, if u die who will take care of the bills? worrying will never solve any problem instead they compand to the problem see for now u are having headach just becos u are worried for something that later would be solved instead of u to burn the energy to worry use that enrgy to discove God's peace that peace that passes all understand. remember u being worried would never ever solved a problem it is solution and the solution comes when u have peace of mind

you are over stressed and need to lean to calm down and just let things be; you need to learn to go with the flow. you need to start by letting your spouse help you with some of the day to day things. you need to learn to accept that you can't do everything all the time. you need to take time out for yourself just to relax and be a human being. you need to exercise and eat a healthy diet. you need to take time out to do fun things for yourself and your family. yoga, pilates and meditation along with a diet high in vegies, fruits, fiber, soy, green tea, and water will do wonders. you need to get at least 8 hours of sleep per day. if this persists, you need to see a mental health professional to be evaluated and maybe start some short term therapy. you need to take care of you if you are going to be an efficient person. it's impossible to do everything yourself. what you don't get done today will still be there tomorrow. everything will work out. i promise.
