in which language there is a source code of windows?? Or windows is written in which programming language?

i know they use alot of programming language and technology stuff thats not in the market like you would java or c, though some of their applications are written like in microsoft language eg c#.

very few ppl know the source code for windows. if we had it, we could get the damned thing to run the right way. That source code is very well protected.

windows is 30 millions lines of code written in C and assembly I think and some hardware stuff...

I think they wrote their base classes in C or C++, and we probably know them by Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFCs)...
