INDIA! the place to be in it is the land of oppurtunities bcz its developing and whts developing has more scope for success and fame than any other place and anyways look at the attitude of the indians i mean our attitude we hav so many problems but still at the end of the day we are always happy with whtever we have this is the place to be in dude it has got it all from big cities to natural beauty , beautiful sunrises and beautiful sunsets, everything u can dream of everything u desire for its all in here

The best place to live is the place you are happy in, the place you feel safe and loved. The place you are happy to go home to and live with the people in your life. People are always looking for something better when it is already in front of them.

or
USA
The Best country to LIVE in would be either
Canada (Yay!)
Or
The Philippines (Opo na!)
The Phils. because the people are nice and they dont swear all the time and they are very accepting of other people, they are welcoming.
Canada because it is clean, free meds if ur Canadian and everyone is practically equal, unlike Australia, USA, Etc.....

Presuming you mean "live", I think that's going to depend on your upbringing. I visited Brazil recently and I loved it, but I'd never be as happy there as I am in the U.S., as it's the place I've grown accustomed to and the place all my family, friends, native language and memories are from.
I could live in a small British town though, I think. I really enjoyed visiting England, but London is a bit busy for me. But some place close to London, I could do that. :)

GOA-secluded beach house on the beach,MAKE SURE ITS A SECLUDED BEACH.u will have a quite life with ur dogs and the beach for 8 months and for 4 months party hard,its carnival time,tourist season.the food will be great-seafood that is ur body perfect thanx to omega fat in fish and exrcising swimming in the seas.
cant get better than that.

Every where is a fun place to live in........its up to you on how to make it fun.......if you are bored with your current town,try going for a vacation...It is not neccessary for you to shift out from the place just for the sake of fun......some place are very happening to live in but for how long?Is it safe.......
