The One where Wendy has the substitute teacher shot into the sun is one of my favorites -- Don't F*** With Wendy Testaburger!
Another one that I think is hilarious is the Lord of the Rings one where they are trying to return the One Video (porno) to the video store. Butters following behind them saying "My Precious" cracks me up everytime.
