i think mumbai is any day better than Delhi because its got better traffic control safe as there are cops every where in the city with beaches around and great night life...

mumbai is better in pollutionwise means i think there is less pollution compare to delhi.And there is sea also so we can relax there also.Ppl r more friendly on mumbai
