I don't think any of those teams were a surprise, Ecuador were in a weak group, as Poland aren't that good, Australia were also favourite to finish behind Brazil.
And Ghana while they were not expected to advance their team is solid that its not a huge shock.
But to answer your question I think possibly Australia, could take Italy for a ride.

Australia 4 sure. We will get over those dirty wogs. Italy haven't been playing their best while the socceroos r set 2 go off. Australia - quaters, hopefully semis with a bit of luck ;)
