Once in a match between India and Pakistan at Delhi, 2nd Test, 1998/99. Pakistan had to score 420 to win and Kumble took 10/74. This is the second best bowling performance in the history of test cricket and Jim Laker(10/53) is the only other bowler to take all 10 wickets in an innings of a test match. It was partly due to the Indian pitches which help spin bowlers alot.
