Yes, fasting and weight loss, breasts have fat deposits and women tend to lose weight there among the first places.

It is true that breasts have quite a bit of fat cells in them. They also have just plain breast tissue in them too. If your breasts have more fat cells, losing weight would help out a lot. If you have more breast tissue, naturally reducing the size is almost non-existent.

I personally am a DD-DDD (depending on the bra). I have actually lost thirty pounds in the last two months and if anything, my breasts have grown a bit while my waist size has significantly decreased. That tells me that I have more breast tissue than fat cells. If I want to reduce the size, I will need to get a reduction.

lose weight, that is the best way to reduce the weight of breasts... I lost about 50 pounds and went from a d+ cup to almost a C cup if not smaller....

Don' eat food having fat & carbohydrate and limite to some extent you feeding size just make it 2 - 3 times a day.

Wait till you're 60 & till then don't touch them or aloow others to touch / squeeze / blow them

go to doctor to check if u need hormonal therapy if not a simple little surgery will do it
