Hello
First of all we need to know why she left you and took off? I would like to know more details please so i can better help you and answer this question. My advice to you at this point is to give her some space and time to think things through and that you get counseling and help and offer to go to marriage counseling with her to work through things before begging her to come back to you. This is a start and maybe over time she will want to come back to you again someday. Obviously she has been hurt over some things that is why she left. There has to be some issues here that you are not telling us.
