It is an Order of the Eastern Star symbol and it is a women's auxilary (although male Masons are also admitted) of the all-male Freemasonry. They do charitable works and are open to female relatives of Freemasons.

American Co-Masonry has no women's auxilary because we admit women and men to all rights and privileges of the Craft.
