we wont use any shareware sites mainly because of all the incredibly nasty spyware that can be downloaded onto your pc with every song or movie you download...also you are ripping off the artists and that sucks

Torrents is much faster, and harder to trace. I use neither, but I have several friends who swear by BitTorrent clones.

I don't use limewire at all. I use shareaza for gnutella network and azeures for bittorrent.
