Rome or London, but definitely NOT Paris!
I'd choose the outskirts of Baghdad with a sign that says I'm an ugly American who hates Iraqi's before I go to Paris.

That's a tough one! I haven't had enough time to explore Rome and to really fall in love with the city. At first it is so big, noisy and busy but I know it has a lot to offer and I'm sure if I had more time (and in subsequent trips) I will learn to love it! I didn't like London until after I had been there several times. It also seemed large and impersonal. Finally, I became familiar with the city and can't wait to return. And, last but not least, Paris! A very vibrant, walkable, colorful city.
I would have to say Paris with London a very close second.

Tough one for me, too. All three, each for different interests. Rome, for ancient Roman art and architecture...Paris, for romance...London, for history.
