it would be great if i could get points on how to open the door from the inside and from the outside

Yes, your opener should have a pull cord on it (around the middle of the metal railing that runs along the garage ceiling). The cord hangs down. Just pull on it and your garage door should open easily.

there should be an arm tha conects the garage opener to the door itself. usually has a cord attached to it. pull tha pin out and manually push door up

there is usually a rope hanging from the middle of the chain ...its usually red......anyway puull somehow till it like clicks ...when it clicks you just put on manually so then youll have to pick the door up manualy ...and thats what you wanted right???

there should be a rope attached to a switch inside that allows for manual operation.

there should be a red cord pull that
then it will release the lock giving you free reins to open and close it

disconect usally has abred handel you pull it then its free falling then one can leave open
