You much you should weigh would depend on your bone structure. If you have a small frame, you may want to be less than someone that has a fuller frame. Whatever weight fits your body the best is the weight you should be. Don't let a number weigh you down.

It isnt always about weight. So many people but their lives on weight. Inches is what you should worry about. I am 5'5" and I weigh 127lbs but I only wear a size three, but my best friend is 5'4" and a 115 lbs and wears a size 6. Stop putting everything on the weight, it is important but it isnt everthing. Muscle wieghs more than fat. That is the truth not just a rumor.

Ignore the answer that says 98-115 lbs. It all depends on your body frame, genetics, and other health related concepts. To me, in reality, if you are uncomfortable with your weight, talk to your doctor, parents, or a counselor at school to get good guidelines. I think if you are comfortable and physically fit, or at least working on getting fit, then you should be fine no matter what you weigh. Health should be your goal, not a defined weight.

Well for starters, I'm 5'5" and I'm supposed to weigh from 91-134. So you would maybe want to weigh from 90-130.I hope this helped.

Check out this Body Mass Index calculator:

If you are 16 and 5'4", somewhere around 115 pounds is probably considered "normal".

That depends on your age. You may or may not be done growing. There for, you could get taller and/or heavier. I think at your hight, assuming you are age 12 to 16, your ideal weight ranges from 100 to 125 pounds.
