Not really. Even local police are unable to do that. Until laws are changed, this is an immigration issue. You could report your "find" to the Federal Immigration Officials - but don't hold your breath. We may have the laws on the books, but enforcement is another issue. Give them the information and hope for the best. If you get no response, write your Congressman - that may get you a response.

Since you asked the question, you best leave law enforcement to people qualified to enforce the law.

The only thing that is going to happen to vigilantes is they will end up in jail or prison. And paying damages to the people they injure (emotionally or physically) while playing Lone Ranger.

No, Immigration is not a local or state offense. You should just report it. Oterwise, you face false imprisionment charges ansd false arrest charges as well, plus they can sue you for assault and battery and or kidnapping.
