Theoretically yes.If the ova does NOT (and that is very very rare statistically!!) undergo a reduction division yes.An implanted ova with the full complement of chromosomes can become a child WITHOUT male participation(ONLY DAUGHTERS SONS NEED A MALE PARTICIPATION).I have read of one married woman whose daughter was born of this process PARTHENOGENESIS.
If by having a little play with a guy without penetration? The odds are very much against it as is parthenogenesis.!!

if you mean by just cuddling no. but you can get pregnant by artifical insemination and also even if you don't have actual intercourse. there have been cases where during foreplay without having intercourse, the women got pregnant as by the couple either through manual stimulation to each other, the guy has semen on his fingers and puts it inside the women and they can get pregnant. even what they call pre-ejactulation has sperm in it and can impregnate a woman.

It depends on what you mean by sex. If your bf ejaculates near your vagina and semen gets to your vagina (this can happen even if you have your panties on) then the sperm can swim up into your fallopian tube. If an egg is there you can get pregnant.

Well yes if you are a hemofrodite.but even then it is technical because some believe inseminating from within the body yourself is not having sex while some believe it is.

a man does not have to penetrate you. Men produce discharge when they are preparing to have sex and even though it is a small amount sperm are present on the tip of their penis and they are very good swimmers.. Always use a condom.

Yes you can.
If sperm finds it's way to your vaginal opening then you can get pregnant. Penetration isn't necessary, even pre-c u m has sperm in it.
As long as the semen or precum is moist when it touches your vaginal opening, you can get pregnant.

Unfortunately, yes.
True, it is highly unlikely, but you can get preggers from the old bump and gind (without the actual penetration). Tragedy, I know.
