How do I keep common house lizards away from my room?

During summers, there are plenty of lizards everywhere. One way is to hang the egg shells at the openings from where the lizards enter. There are specific chemicals available in the market which can be used to get rid of lizards. Thirdly, raise a cat. My pet cat helps us to keep our garden and home free from lizards :-)

As with most small animals that might get into people's homes, the best way to keep them out would be to try to eliminate any small openings through which the lizards might be entering. Barring that, you shouldn't be too concerned by their presence; lizards eat insects, and less insects around the house can't be a bad thing.

catching lizards or mice with a sticky trap is very cruel and inhumane!!!! They are vertebrates and feel pain just like you, they are not like flies. Pretty horrible way of dying. It is banned in my country to catch vertebrates this way (or any slow way). How about a screen or mesh in the window - it will fix lizards as well as insects.

use a sticky mouse trap. my grandma was trying to catch mice in our garage and left out sticky mouse traps at night. the next morning, there were like 8 lizards stuck to it. she just threw the trap away in the trash

keep ur room cool n prevent flies to enter and avoid bright lights at nites coz they attaract insects which attaracts lizards n then u ll have problem. close all crevises of ur room .

stop being afraid of or bothered by them and they will go away... actually start liking them and talking to them and they will go away faster...
