NO!!!
It is the biggest scam in the history of man kind.
The horoscopes that people have been getting are based on a partial/incomplete wheel.
The wheel which was found centuries ago with the constellations divided up for each period of time.... well I got news for ya...
They (archaeologists) have found numerous Wheels that are complete and actually have 15 different places.. The bad part of it is that when the astrologers found out, they continued to go along the way things where. They didn't want to go back and tell anyone that they where giving info based on and incomplete astrology wheel.
So, obviously you have been given a constellation which, according to the ancient wheel, is incorrect.
I know it is tempting to believe what they say about you, but Even if i gave you info about a different time of the year most people would say "that's just like me"
Also and more importantly (to me anyway). The very people who subscribe to this "hookie" are the people which would get mad at me if I made a judgment of a person based on their culture (which proves to have some influence) however, they can make a judgment on a person based on their birthday?????
Does that make sense?

No. I saw an experiment in which everyone in the room were given a piece of paper with their horoscope and asked if it fit their personality and they all said yes. The experimentalist in charge said that all of their horoscopes were the same exact one. Now what does that tell ya?

i don't really believe in horoscopes, but when i read them they always seem to describe me perfectly, and whatever they say usually happens to me in some form or another... it's possible that what they write will eventually happen to me, but would happen even if i didn't read the horoscope or whatever.
they always say in newspapers that the horoscopes should only be read as entertainment.

well, honestly i think that is a really good question. i watch the horoscope on T.V every day and wait until Leo comes on (my horoscope sign) and check out what the "future holds for me". i believe it sometimes because it sort of makes sense. but sometiimes it is just too...not real...so i dont always believe it...but sometimes i do...understand?

No, because they are always way off of what's going on in my life. Whenever I've read horoscopes, just for fun, I just had to laugh because what was said never applied to me in the least.

Because people want to believe that their own mistakes and decisions are not their fault, rather it was 'fated for them in the stars."

no. They are blatantly general and don't actually predict anything. It's kind of absurd that of the billions of people that live on the planet we we are grouped into a handful of signs that determine our personalities and to a certain degree fate. As if our own individual genetics, upbringing, and free will are irrelevant.

i'm just having fun reading them (not everyday though). sometimes, my horoscopes do match. they can be true at times but i won't exactly rely on them every single day. for me, it's just merely entertainment.
