Sometimes if you shave the area you may get an ingrown hair. Or sometimes due to the heat and moisture the oil glands may become blocked and develop into a pimple.

it could be a number of things. Have you always had them? If you are not sexually active and you've had the pimples for a while then I wouldnt worry. If you are sexually active then I would watch them and see what happens... abstain from sex and if they dont go away in a few days or they become painful then see a doctor. You can go to planned parenthood for free and its anymous. Shaving can also cause redness and tenderness but it should go away in a few days.

Get it checked by a gynechologist. It could a harmless heat rash or it could be a serious sexually transmitted disease or many other conditions. The Md. will know or take cultures to determine.

You can get pimples anywhere.

Pimples are usally caused by clogged pores and dead skin.

Make sure you wash well down there. But if you are unsure, just ask your doctor.

And like the others have said, ingrown hair can cause them too.

It is probuly the cause of heat. Also, if you shave or wax, it could be that. If they are raised, flesh colored, and do NOT have pus, it could be genital warts. If you are concerned, please see a doctor.
