~how to make a solar car!!!~~~~?

i have everything needed!!!

Q1, the solar panel is 1.7 vott, but the battery is 1.4 vott. the battery can start a motor but the solar panel cannot!!

Q2. Do you have any websites that can teach me how to make a solar car? i need one urgently!! for my science project!!

The current rating on the battery is higher than the solar cell. You need to add solar cells in parallel in order to boost you amp load.
