For people who frequently get puffy around and under the eye, I would recommend going to your doctor or current physician and having your kidneys and liver process checked. Many people who are puffy under the eye tend to have liver or kidney disorders. If your drink a lot of alcohol or party alot, I would recommend cutting down on the partying.

Sleep early. If u cant, then apply a cold face pack with ice when u wake up. Dont be scared when people tell u've got haemorrhids or nonsense stuff like that. Its perfectly normal. And try 2 grab some sleep any time in the day u can.

I use a cold compress in the morning. If you don't have cucumbers, get a face towel, wet it with really cold water or wrap ice inside, then press onto your eyes & face for 4-5 minutes. It also helps you feel refreshed.

Also, if you happen to remember, before going to sleep, drink one full glass of water. A lot of times puffiness is from dehydration (like drinking too much alcohol, etc..).

Really if you want to need the equal rest when you were getting in sleep without sleeping then meditate by closing your eyes and concentrating on your breathe(only breathe)not on images or dreams ok:)the cosmic energy would really enter your mind and keep it refined for the next day and you would feel u already slept for a long day and do your works in routine.Do meditate for 1-2 hrs if you want a 8 hrs sleep result.

For your eyes u: use a cucumber!!! It really works...cut it in thick slices and put it in your eyes for about 15 minutes...the rest you can eat it with some lemon and salt!

Or make chamomile tea with a tea spoon full with honey...submerge a face towel for a while and use it REALLY COLD for same amount of time! u'll see the effects as soon as you rinse it...don't worry...none of this have "side effects"

PS: Be careful with the lemon...in some cases it can bleach/harm your skin!!! Don't use it if you are going out in a sunny day!

Don't stay out so late lol! Seriously, try to drink water before you go to bed. Olay do a good gel mask. If you feel like splashing out, Origins No Puffery is the best eye gel I've ever used.

Take2 potato slices or cucumber slices and keep them on your eyes for half an hour and then try to get a cold shower.
U will see a lot of reduction in the puffiness.
PS-take a nap in the day. That will work wonders.

it is funny but usually putting a cucumber or avocado slice over your eyes will take the puffiness away. Also drink a full 8 ounce glass of ice cold water or orange juice. It will put some beautiful color in your cheeks. Now if that does not work, which it should, drink the glass of juice and pour the ice cold glass of water down your pants!! If that doesn't put some life in your eyes and face, nothing will.
