Singapore may be in Asia, but the people are well travelled, and many studied in western country.
What the West has in pubs, disco, bar, you can find them in Singapore. (less valgar, less sexy, that's all).
Yes there is, and you need to be pretty attractive and witty to have a chance.

There is no such thing as singles bar ...
Those bars know as "single bars" are flooded with prostitutes from Thailand, Indonesia, China, Vietnam and Philippines.
