Easy Answer - You can't
but you can send word documents, All you need to do is set up a mail account, you should have one already since you are using yahoo. Just attach the file when you are sending a message and you should be fine.

you will need to start a mail account with a client that will let you use outlook or word mail. (eg. gmail)
