Questionable since Billy Volek has some big game experience under the current system and has started for the Titans on many occasions. However, they did get Vince Young at #3 ... but I wouldn't rush him into the game right away.

I would give Young a year to study under Volek. However, he could start a few games depending on Volek's performance.

VY is not going to start in the beginning of the season. Actually, he may get the Daunte Culppepper treatment and improve his mechanics before starting.

The fact of the matter is, he can't throw the ball at 3/4 in the NFL. The Titans will try to avoid what the Browns did in Tim Couch by rushing him into a system that he's not used to. Both came from shotgun-lovin' offenses which won't help his chances of starting this year. His footwork is questionable but the same could be said about most QBs in the NFL, anyway.

Volek is a capable starter who most people don't remember the great season he had in 2004. With Drew Bennett and David Givens, he's got great weapons at his arsenal.

I'll probably think that Young is in a similar situation as Leinart and probably start the season on the bench, because the Titans already have a proven QB in Billy Volek, who knows the plays already. Young can get a couple of snaps during the season but he needs to learn the plays before he can step up. However, Young can be a starter if the Titans struggles.

Well Billy Volek is the starter right now, I think Young will be starting games probably half way into the season becuase thats what the fans will want to see.

No Billy Volek will start- is possible they could pick up Kerry collins and he would start but I dont think you will see Young start unless they have a horrible season and are out of the playoff race- then he might get plugged in around week 13, 14
