The Saleen S7. It is a relatively inexpensive American (built in Irvine, CA) hyperexotic capable of outperforming most of the best Europe has to offer. It beat the almighty McLaren F1 in 0-60 acceleration time by about 0.1 second and nearly keeps pace with it in many other categories. Look the stats up somewhere--the current iteration (the S7T) outperforms every car Ferrari has ever offered to the general public, and costs about 66% of the elite Ferrari Enzo.

1970 Avanti
Built or rather assembled by Studabaker. 289/350 Frd motor, handled nice and was reliable.
1971 Ford Pantera
Mid engine design way ahead of its time.
1969 GTX
Plymouth MOPAR, Hemi just built to go fast.
1973 VW Wagon
Had a Type-3 Porche Engine, Air Cooled, Fuel Injected and the balance was sweet with all that raw torque to the wheels.

If I had a choice between Mercedes or BMW,
I would pick neither. Even though they're bad *** cars, everyone has one including their mom.
My car is an Audi, because it's luxury, powerful and it's the only car I can think of with an aluminum chassis and engine block. Also you won't look like everyone else.

Either a red or yellow 1964 Chevrolet Corvair convertible.
Of the twenty new vehicles that I've had in fifty years, they were the best handling, sharpest looking vehicles I've ever owned.
In deep snow I'd drive past Caddy's and other big cars that were stuck.
