Sure is possible. It's called unexplained infertility. Some people think that some birth control drugs may cause long-term infertility. There's some anecdotal evidence to suggest it's possible, but no studies that I know of. Try charting your basal temperature for a cycle or two, and try for conception the day of ovulation. Search for "natural family planning" to get a lot of instructions from a variety of sources. Or, the easier way, use an ovulation testing kit. They're near the pregnancy tests in most drugstores.

Yes, unfortunately it is still possible. Tests that doctors run are basic and can't really tell if the quality of your eggs/zona are good. It can't tell if there are any immuno issues..etc.
For the most part, few people have the above issues...but it is possible to not be able to conceive even if blood work, semen analysis and ultrasounds come back as normal.

Yes, it is entirely possible, it's called unexplained infertility.
Unexplained infertility
In about 15% of cases the infertility investigation will show no abnormalities. In these cases abnormalities are likely to be present but not detected by current methods. Possible problems could be that the egg is not released at the optimum time for fertilization, that it may not enter the fallopian tube, sperm may not be able to reach the egg, fertilization may fail to occur, transport of the zygote may be disturbed, or implantation fails. It is increasingly recognized that egg quality is of critical importance and women of advanced maternal age have eggs of reduced capacity for normal and successful fertilization.

Best of luck to you!

You have to remember, she only ovulates 1 day out of the entire month. Your doctor will be able to give you tips on figuring out which day this is and you want to have sex one day before, ON the day, AND the next.......and then whenever you want.
ALSO, REMEMBER, THE MORE SEX THE LESS LIKELY.
Every time a man nuts it decreases the strength of his sperm. My doctor told me it takes 2- 2 1/2 weeks for a mans sperm to gain its full strength. So humping like rabbits isnt making it any better by now you're shooting blanks.
So figure out her ovulation date, NO SEX for atleast 2-2 1/2 weeks not even masturbating!!......and then have sex the day before her figured ovulation date the day of and the day after ..........It worked for me and my daughter's dad.........
ONE MORE THING: The more pressure you put on yourself the less likely it is too because you're stressing your body out. Its a natural thing........relax and just let it happen when the time is right...........I'm sure you'll figure it out..........No Worries ;)
Try to just follow those simple rules before you let doctors poke and prod.......they're just trying to make a buck or two........
Invasive procedures could do more damage than helping as well so be careful ..........in due time.........in due time.........Trust me :)

Quit stressing over it....that can cause the problem. Forget about it....set up romantic evenings, etc and before you know it you will become pregnant. This happens a lot in couples trying to concieve and that is the recommended solution.
