N.I.G.G.E.R.
- is an "animal word" like cow, chicken, dog, cat derived from the slavery days by the white man that considered blacks as animals. Because of this, the words offends African Americans, sometimes even if said by blacks.
N.I.G.G.A.
-is an insult or sarcastic word used to mean "an ignorant person" or a black person who's name is unknown, derived from blacks in the modern day. Some whites get away with saying it, but it sounds too much like "******" so it still burns the ears of some African Americans

yes black people should refrain from saying *** GA and **** ER.im black myself and i find myself saying *** GA to alot of the black males,which i shouldnt!!!*** GA is something that black males use.instead of saying boy or man blacks say *** GA,u know thats a black man if they say that.i rarely here black people say **** ER!!they prob do but its been a while since i heard **** ER
why is it wen WE (because i say it to wen i shouldnt) say *** GA its okay but another race say it we should kill them??i say *** GA all the time and at the same time i dont want another race to call me *** GA,so we as black people need to stope saying *** GA and **** ER!!$!$

**** er is the more offensive version that the whites used to call to the blacks
ex) *****: hey wuts goin on ***** i havent seen you in a minute!
******: (in 1780) ****** pluck bread!
