no. as a female whose taken topamax, there may be a slight bit of irregularity to your cycle, but it will not stop it. In fact Topamax has been known to give you anemia

I am not aware of that side effect and I have been on it for two years but if you loose too much weight because of the loss of appetite side effect you could stop your period as a result, as your doctor there may be something that is not right and you may need to have some test run just to be safe.

I don't know if you're on the pill or not, but I do know that topamax makes the pill less effective.
