Morning sickness normally doesnt occur for 2-3 months into pregnancy. It can occur anytime but some people never get it and most dont get it at first. Your fine. Everyones pregnancy is different. Vomiting is not a sign of a healthy pregnancy or lack of is not a sign of an unhealthy pregnancy.

You actually do not generally develop morning sickness *which can come at all times of a day* until the 2nd month or longer. At first you do not feel anything but maybe fatigue.

Some of us are very lucky, I've had three children and never had morning sickness with any of them. Every women is different, if this is the case for you, count your blessings, I've known pregnant women that got ill at the mere mention of food.
