Yes you can download mobile games. You should see that the downloaded mobile game file supports your mobile. Most propably .jar or .jad will be supported by many mobile but .sis will be supported by only the some mobiles.

I would imagine so, as long as you have the pc suite for your phone, or summat that actually connects with ur pc to phone then you should be able to upload what you like onto your phone.
