ever since i can remember the left side of my scrotum is bluish in color and there fluid in their.
my testicle on that side is also a little smaller, i dont think its a hydrocele cause those keep growing, i have had this for years and havent thought anything of it cause my doctor hasnt mentioned it when i get my physical.

Maybe it was late dropping when you were a child.
If you were premature, this can happen, even if you are not, some males have one testicle that does not descend until they begin to walk. and sometimes, they must have surgery to correct the problem. ask, and see if maybe this is the cause.

Well, chances are your doctor has noticed, but bring it up at your next physical. Better to be safe than paranoid or sorry.
