First go to start menu, then all programs, then Accessories, then Command Prompt.
Now Type "Convert C: /FS:NTFS" (Without the Inverted Comma).
You can change the drive letter from C to anyone.
But I Recommend you not to convert your files. It'll slow down your system.
Try to move all files from one Drive to another, then format the Drive, and then move the files to the Formatted Drive.
To Format a drive, right click it and click format, then choose NTFS as file system.

You can make partition to the hard drive (more than 1 drive in 1 hard disk), then copy the file you want to backup in the second drive. Use progams like partition magic.
With that, you can format the first partition to NTFS, while your save files in the second partition untouch.

Back up the files on the drive you want to convert, format to NTFS, then restore to files to the converted drive.

right click on my computer, click manage and go to disk management. you should be able to just right click on the drive and do format, it will have a drop down for either fat32 or NTFS. Good Luck.
