Usually indicates a bad ball joint and/or strut brgs. on the top of your struts. If you are pretty mechanically inclined - Jack up the front end of your car and support it with safety stands under the frame (not under the front suspension). Next disconnect the the tie-rod end from each front wheel. Now, turn each front wheel from full left to full right. Note any difficulty or stiffness in the turning of the wheel in and out. The one that 'drags' is the side you are having problems with. If there is 'drag' on one side it would likely indicate a bad ball joint or strut brg. It's more than likely the ball joint. To figure that out, you will need to seperate the ball joint from the steering knuckle and turn the wheel in and out again. If it turns smooth, well then, there is your problem in the ball joint. If it's still stiff and 'drags' then it's your strut bearing.

One other thing it could be is a BENT Rack&Pinion shaft - but usually only if you recently hit something such as a rock or curb pretty hard. Did you? If it is the R&P shaft then the wheel would turn freely left to right and back again after simply disconnecting the tie rod ends from the steering knuckles.

If this is over your mechanical head simply take it to a reputable alignment/suspension shop and they should be willing to do this diagnosis for you for no charge if you agree to have them do the repairs. After you get it fixed be sure to have the vechicle aligned professionally as well. I surely hope this helps you out. Let us know !

On the front McPherson Strut there are bearings on the top that go bad, also check the fluid in the power-steering & make sure you use Honda fluid, that is if nothing is bent on the steering assembly.Even dry balljoints can cause your problem.
