This is actually a good one man I have to think about this. They are both equal great fighters. Deadpools healing factor give him some what of an advantage. Once Daredevil is hurt he has to heal manually. Deadpool wouldn't be hard to locate since he runs his mouth the whole fight. I think Daredevil would win this one but it would be a close one.

Ok lets start here. There is literally NOTHING daredevil can do to kill or wound deadpool. While deadpool can... Shoot him, blow him up and cut him to bits. And deadpool cannot tire out (healing factor) so it would end before it begins when deadpool puts 100 bullets in him or chops him up since he's a expert swordsman

Deadpool, for several reasons.
1) He's not blind
2) He has a healing factor
3) He can do almost anything Daredevil can do (except see with the sonar thingy)
4) He's just more badass than Mr. blind lawyer.

Daredevil. Deadpool is too similar to Bullseye and daredevil would out think him. No contest, really.

Deathstroke and Deadpool would team up to take out Punisher, then Deathstroke would double cross then kill Deadpool (OG's always do better than their ripoffs) meanwhile Batman would be formulating a plan to take them down and Nightwing would pretty much go back to being Robin while Batman defeats Deathstroke (again)
