You are challenging an old saying.
"Actions speak louder than words." Obviously this is a metaphor, since neither actions nor words speak.
We can all say good things and talk a good talk, but what we do in life is what people remember us for--unless we are Benjamin Franklin.
The best course is to think, to speak and to act effectively. This requires learning--not necessarily education. We all have that opportunity, whether we are students, workers, parents or children.
The Latin motto "Cogito, ergo sum," means "I think, therefore I am." We could expand that to say "I think, therefore I speak and act, and therefore I am."
I don't know your age, but whatever life you have ahead of it, try to do the best you can with it.

Even in everyday life actions are indeed more important than words. Body language accounts for 90 percent of communication. Speech a mere 10 percent. These are of course just approximate figures to learn more ...Google Mandt class.

Yes. You can say anything and be insincere about it. But your actions will implicate a deeper meaning and offer more sincerity. For example to say I love you, anyone can say it, but actions of love are far more meaningful.

Because you can say one thing and do another and usually, we act upon our true feelings so your action is a better judgement of your true feelings.

If you caught someone strangling your mother what is the best way to stop them, with a word or with a hammer?

Yes. Because if you're claiming something and doing something else, I'll have to believe that what you do is what you really believe in, or consider to be the truth.
