Beyonder, while Onslaught is a very nasty combo of Xavier and Magneto, the Beyonder can change reality to suit himself.

If Onslaught tapped into the power of Franklin Richards like he did before, he would be a good match for the Beyonder. But without Franklin, he aint that much of a threat.

Onslaught may be THE coolest villain Marvel has come up with to date, but let's admit it . He's not a god. Beyonder is a God-like being, so...yeah. Beyonder wins this.
