I want toconsider letting my friend perform anal sex on me, I'll use protection, but are there other health risks to be worried about with this?

actually there is anal sex is very risky there is a higher chance protection might break, and one more thing remember in the anal area you have very delicate membranes, when you rub them , or even if you use lube those membranes can rupture and dispense blood which hurts a lot more plus your anal area will hurt for days and you can sometimes loose sensation down there.

have him use protection just incase he has an STD
only have anal sex if you want to and if you have never had it before do it and like it that makes you gay or bi if you are not already

My guess is no, since its kinda like having sex with a girl. They dont worry about it if they use protection. And since its your first time then like a girl they will pop your cherry!!

Good luck and stop if it's too painful, don't use desensitising creams, I've heard some horror stories when people have used those.
