19 years, 3 months. He was 22 years, 8 months. Yes we were both virgins, and it was on our wedding night after several years of dating. (and yes I am glad we waited - and we have been happily married over 33 years now.) Most of our friends who did not wait ended up in divorce later after finding someone else, so I recommend waiting.
PS - didn't you ask a question a few weeks ago about what to name your new baby girl?

I'm 18 and haven't lost it yet. Although I have lots of.. um, outercourse? I have a boyfriend of eight months (today) .. and I probably wiill lose it over the summer or when I'm 19. I think it's good to wait until around this age, because it is more meaningful; relationships when you're younger aren't as serious, usually. It does depend on the person though.

16. It was a rediculous immature mistake because the guy dumped me afterwards. I wish I would have waited till my wedding night. It saves you the worry of getting std, pregnancy tested, whatever. Abstinence is the best policy. You never have to work about stds or pregnancy, or your immature boyfriend going behind your back and telling every little detail about it all. You can proudly stick your head in the air in pride and say "I'm a good girl, I plan to wait". While the other young girls are running down to the welfare office to get on WIC to pay for an unwanted baby. :)
Good luck!

i was 15 and im still 15 unlike a bunch of people on here i dont regret doin wat i did i was datin this guy for 8months were not together no more but i still dont regret it cause i loved him and i still do and always will...im not encouraging you to have sex unless u kno ur ready for the committment and consequences that come along with it....yes i believe in abstinace but that dont always work...people can tell you not to have sex all they want but in the long run you make ur own decisions....
