Nobody has NOTHING to talk about. We are all interested in something. You just need to learn what this girl is interested in. But you have to consider the possibility that it's you she doesn't want to talk to. I know it's hard, but it happens.

Why are you calling her in the first place?
You need to KNOW what she likes in order to TALK to her on the phone! Ask pertinent questions!
Find out her likes/dislikes, sports, foods, job, hobbies, family, friends, cars etc.
