i really would like to learn but i dont know any sights that i can go to that may help me with that. do you guys and girls know any? and if so what are they?

Sorry, dont know any sites. Best thing to do is just start drawing. An hour everyday is good. Give it time.... lots of practice... maybe buy a few ''how to draw manga'' books and in about 10 years you will be a pro....... worked for me anyway. ^_^
