In some World Cup matches, referees make very "unusual" calls. Can something be changed after a referee made his call? Thank You.

Decisions of the Referee
The decisions of the referee regarding facts connected with play are final.
The referee may only change a decision on realising that it is incorrect or, at his discretion, on the advice of an assistant referee, provided that he has not restarted play.

All refs at the world cup are monitored by FIFA and are rated for every game they ref. No one ref has a stable job. According to the ratings they get, the refs are being asked to ref more games or not. If actual fraud is found through investigation the ref will be suspended or even disallowed from ever reffing another game world cup or not. However, a refs decision is never rescinded with only one exception. The exception being yellow and red cards. It is possible to protest a card given during a game. If it is found that the card was not deserved FIFA can withdraw that card and the player will have a clean record. One more however; the process could be long. I hope this helps.

definite i imagine its about time there should be a video and independent referee i considered some referee giving a loose kick at the same time as for an same offense and no income became performed and no loose kick given refereeing it has more advantageous from previous international cup yet i comprehend referee are in undemanding words human beings yet i considered some blatant fouls contained in the penalty section its superb if outside the penalty section will be a loose kick contained in the penalty section isn't the referee nonetheless lack on consistency its ok taking section in the ease yet often times the different participant taking the ball is fouled for my section the referee should be proper to the point of football particularly international cup so in the journey that they introduce the microphone speaker for refs they ought to have and independent guy for the video too

No... FIFA officals can't change decision make by Refereed during the match... But Team Oficals can appeal... Most did not success...

nothing can be changed...this is not basketball or american football..they dont use instant replay..once the center ref. makes the call then that`s final he can change the refs. on the side lines dicisions..if fifa thinks the ref did a bad job..they can just basic fire them...

I do not think if calls made in a match are actually reversed. However, refrees who make "unusual" calls will usually not be allowed to refree in later rounds.

i think so but i dont think they can restart the whole game after its started.
