Its something that can't be defined by words...but it has alot to do with the way she feels about herself on the inside.
When a woman's in total touch with herself and not concerned with what others think of her.....and she's at peace with who she is an where she is in life........People and men notice................period......its a spiritual thing that's as tangible as the wind on your face.

As we age different properties become important too.
Attraction is a tad hard to define. An energetic extrovert woman could be nice and pleasing, and a distant more reserved woman can be very attractive too.
However not anybody will be attractive. There are things that make someone attractive other than character.
It's the body language, looks, clothing, voice, social status, manners and that little something extra...
bah... I don't like this explanation of mine... Hope someone give you a better detailed inspirational definition...
Good luck
===========
As we age we become more picky. I guess we all agree on that.
It may not be because we know what we want but maybe because we know what we don't.
So we may not be attracted easily because someone turns us on. (Awww how cute his/her .... is) But may be more interested in someone who doesn't turn us off at first sight. We may not be that eager to discover anymore.
I realized at age 21-22 that instead of being attracted to something nice in a girl, I was seeing negative stuff.
How unbearable a certain behavior of her could be in time.
I think this is mostly because of my clinical depression.
I mean at 21 we're not supposed to be aged and experienced enough yet to be that picky.
Now I'm 29, still clinically depressed, still pretty picky but somehow less picky about life.
Anyway enough of me,
So the little something extra I mentioned is this turn-on, on top of the collection of properties that doesn't make us run away.
Confidence without arrogance,
Natural behavior without overdose confidence,
Intellectual properties without being a brainiac,
Having fun together rather than agreeing on how something sucks,
Some field she has excelled, (a feminine field like dance for example would obviously be more attention grabbing for most of us I believe, but again it's a different matter when you want to share your life)
Ability to uplift a guy, having confidence in him without flattering too much
etc.
Most basicly a fine tuning of stuff that make a "person" charismatic. Not a boy or a girl.
Female attraction however includes a lot of physical stuff.
Generally speaking, we pay attention to hands feet skin hair ... the list goes on. We may not be as careful as females are about the looks or the details but we do look for certain stuff.
Also about attraction, I believe something has to come forward a bit more than others. We collect people's faces on our minds as caricatures. I believe the case is the same with character or looks. So having something more obvious guarantees a place in the mind of others.
Big boobs for example is a caricature of a female on our minds with something that reminds us of sex. Different cases for different tastes.
My ideas are not very elaborate on this caricature theory.
Anyway, I could go til the morning but I think I'd better stop here. Thanks for reading :)

my boyfriend always says that when he first layed his eyes on me he wanted to me mine.
he told me "your just so beautiful i cant keep my eyes off you and your personality isnt like anyone elses"
so im pretty sure
that beauty
and an attractive personality
make a woman stand out.
i also think confidence plays a major role in making a woman stand out.
you never see an unconfident lady with guys all around her
and i have never seen an unconfident lady with a boyfriend at all.
confidence is the key to standing out.

Her smile, how she handles herself, be fun and happy and have a sense of humor. A smile and a good personality mean the most when you want to be noticed.
