A little of both. A hero when he lead his people to control of their own country in his younger days. But as happens frequently around the world....power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.

well his people are suffering greatly.
they hardly have any food or medicine.
i know a lady that gave birth in cuba. and in the hospital they make the women brest feed all the babys around. because there is no formual there.
