Sounds pretty Sci Fi to me.
I'll betcha there aint a lawyer on the planet that would take on a law suit like this might build into.
If you want to be decent you might shade it or tint it, but then you lose its intent in purpose.

You could install some kind of polarized filter or shade.

paint it white or replace with skylight that has frost white lens
