yes! it is possible.. but u won't know or feel or realise that you are actually crying underwater.. depends on how u love a person.. let's say ur boyfriend or gf is being atttacked by sharks and you cant do anything! if u love him or her to the max.. surely u will cry!

Since crying is often the result of emotion or pain, you could weep silently and the tears would be washed away. However, crying often involves sobbing in which one spasmodically takes in gulps of air. That would not do well under water, as it could be your last cry ever!
