I would say do your thing. Focus on your career, and what makes you happy. Her image was perfectly fine and she looked great but the media gives off a different image and she should not even feed into that.

Being thin is not everything... I have suffered from bulimia in the past and the damage that it does on your mind and body just is not worth it .. She need to talk to a councelor.. There are some kind of deep wounds or issues that is causing this ... She needs to resolves those and quit punishing herself for them ...

omg...all you people who are saying horrible things are immature and you need to gain some sensitivity. Bulimia is a serious thing and just because you don't like her doesnt mean that you should make fun of a serious condition....thats ridiculous.
Anyways, I'd tell her that she was beautiful before and she's STILL beautiful and no matter what anyone says, she should stay true to herself.
