You should look through the phone book and call one of the OWNER'S contacts to say that you found the phone. It is immoral to keep it. Take it to a Verizon dealer so the owner can retrieve it.
Get a job so you can buy a better phone for yourself instead of keeping something that you didn't earn. Grow up... finders keepers does not apply past 5th grade.

Take it to a Verizon dealer. They know how to identify the owner. At the cost of some of these phones today, their may even be a reward from the owner for it's return. Don't just steal it, if it was mine and I found you I would prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law.
