HTTP is Hyper-Text Transfer Protocol which is the prefix to identify the type of resource you're about to access. When you enter an address in a browser like Internet Explorer or Firefox, it usually "knows" that this is the type of resource you're trying to access and will fill it in for you automagically if you don't type the "http://".
www stands for "world wide web". It is the subdomain portion of an that is the prefix to an actual Internet domain name. Again, this prefix is usually not necessary and as a matter of fact, sometimes isn't used at all (for example, try typing in "http://notepad.yahoo.com" and then try adding the www as in "http://www.notepad.yahoo.com" and note how the latter doesn't actually work).
.com is a top-level domain and probably the most popular amongst other existing and emerging top-level domains (like .org, .biz, .us).

Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) is the method used to transfer or convey information on the World Wide Web. It is a patented open internet protocol whose original purpose was to provide a way to publish and receive HTML pages.
.com is a generic top-level domain (gTLD) used on the Internet's Domain Name System. It was one of the original top-level domains, established in January 1985, and has grown to be the largest TLD in use.
