There aren't any exceptionally good 'free' trojan scanners. the best are Ewido and A-squared. but they don't have shields in their free versions, they can also miss some items too.

Now payware...

I know of two programs that are just for Trojans, one is Tauscan, made by Argitium.(they make a great firewall)

The other i've heard good things about, its called TrojanHunter.

Saddly, these are both pay products.. but if your having bad infection problems alittle investment in one of these and a firewall is something i'd do. It cost money yes, but compared to the hassel 30-40 bucks is potatos my friend.. potatos.

Another program that can help prevent Trojan installation is a good Antivirus or WinPatrol(which has a free version)

Winpatrol is nice in the fact that it monitor's weakspots in your system

hope i helped, just try the free trial versions of the software first if you plan to buy.
