Would you tell a stranger they need a Kleenex because they had a boogie....???

As embarrassed as i would be..I'd rather someone tell me. Its just gross. Who wants to see that? I would tell. Even if i was uncomfortable. I've told people if they had food in their teeth and a few occasions..have offered a tic tac or mint. And ya know..its not that funny when they say "No thanks".. but I offer again.."NO..really..have a tic tac"

I have and yes, yes yes. Just look them in the eye, and put your finger at your teeth and touch your teeth and make a little movement. They'll get the message.
You can do the same with the nose, or you can offer a tissue and say something like, excuse me, but you need to use this.
With my dad, I use to rub my index finger under my nose and say, dad, go like this.

I told a guy he had a boogie hanging out of his nose and he became interverted and would'nt join anyone anymore so it is hard to say

Would and have actually. Besides the above two I have also told them their zipper is down their skirt was tucked into their pantyhose and many more.

absolutely I would just say " yo dude your in need of appearance maintenance" real quiet and if they get ugly then they're on there own if they ask whats up then I'll let em know.
